My name is Matthew John Middleton, and I started this organization with a mission: to bring accessible, affordable, professional-grade IT services to all without the high price tag. Why? Well, a few reasons. First and foremost, I firmly believe that IT services are as needed in America, in this digital age powered by AI, as much as electricity, as food, as transportation. I believe it because I have witnessed it - elderly people unable to attend their telehealth visit and unable to leave the house, young adults "doing too much" with their powerful gaming machines, and frying components, and even ordinary people who have devices that just don't work like they used to. All of these reasons and more lead people to, more often than not, simply throw the device out. This is where my organization steps in with powerful, game-changing alternatives for you, all while treating you with the same respect we would family. I call it the Grandmother Treatment, in honor of my own grandmother, Elaine.
Instead of throwing the computer, the phone, the tablet, etc out due to fears of a massive, several-hundred-dollar IT bill, contact us. Our expert technicians are as dedicated as I am to not only preventing e-waste (that is, simply throwing electronics away) but also fixing your troubles (often remotely, provided the device is connected to the internet in some capacity), which in turn reduces e-waste.

At this initial stage, we are charging $20.00 for residential clients, plus the cost of parts (if needed) to diagnose and repair devices.
For small businesses, we are charging $50.00 for diagnostics, security assessment, light repairs, backup health checks, QuickBooks troubleshooting, and so much more.
In both cases, we offer free remote monitoring and update management/troubleshooting to all of our clients.
